Unauthorized Clients

Ok I will delete my other clients can you unban my account?

 

They aren't just gonna unban you for deleting your other clients... They gave a clear warning to everyone, so this is on you.

 

No they didn't give me a warning ever because when ata sent me a message I couldn't get on because my internet was down and when I got back on in the morning the app wouldn't start and it said you account was banned from this game. They should at least give me back my money I spent on the game.

Why exactly should they give you your money back? You didn't buy anything physical, you bought, in effect, time. Speed ups, gems, dragons to speed up game progress. They can't give you time back, and if you yourself bought them 'time' in question that's on you... They owe you nothing.

 

No I bought gems and dragons with my money IRL so. So let's say you spend $500 on the game and they just ban you because you had a downloader they didn't want you to have. Are you gonna want your money back?

I want a million dollars, does that mean someone has to give me a million dollars? No, didn't think so. If they say you can't use the program from an unauthorized site and you do, and you get banned, that doesn't mean you deserve the money back. Ask them if you transfer your account data to an authorized account from iTunes, Google play, or whoever, and get the over it.

 

For one my account is through Google play so idek why I was banned and I was never told that I could have a unauthorized downloader for music on my phone and I never said I wanted a bunch of money back I just want the money I spent on the game back.
