    Trying to upgrade my town all to lv 5. It keeps telling me I need to upgrade my treasury to lv4. Well it is.

    This is a known bug, simply force quitting your app and reopening it should fix it. If that does not, send an in game help request. (Menu -> extras -> help -> new ticket)
