During last night i was hit 84 times. And since it was night here and these the eu playerbase events start when were off its just so ..... sigh... never mind.. Uninstalling. Where do i requests reimbursement for ingame purchases? Via Google Play store?
but...they give warnings that PvP event is going to happen in advance. I got the email from them telling us that PvP was coming up 2 days ago. That's plenty of time to get your affairs in order. I sent my troops away and kept them hidden since I was going to be busy during Mother's Day, and that was that. There were people in my clan who used 24 hour shields, so I didn't even need to have one, I just hid in them when their shield went up. You have to pay attention to events like this if you don't want to be hit. you could have even done multiple 8-hour rallies if you didn't have a shield and needed to hide your troops while you slept, then when you woke up, you could have either put up a 24 hour shield, hidden in someone who had one up, or set alarms for 8 hour shields or 8 hour rallies. There are so many protections in place that I don't understand how people still get caught with troops at home. Believe me, I got scouted a BUNCH of times, and will every PvP event because people are hoping someone slips and leaves their troops at home for easy injuries. It's a PvP event. That will happen, especially if you don't make sure you protect yourself. I can't even blame ATA there. You had ample warning about the event...There was even a countdown telling you when it was going to start... What you do with the warning is up to you.
I'm from Europe too. Its easily calculated when an event starts and make the arrangements necessairy. Besides they give info out well on time. With the hardcore might growth I speed up just enough to know it will be finished within the timeframe for example. I calculate when it's best too shield. etc. There is plenty of time to catch up when the US players are in bed. Eventhough its is based on the west US timezone its very well playable for Europeans and people from other parts in the world.
ATA HQ is technically in Canada Vancouver, but their timezone coincides with the western parts of the US for sure. It's not my timezone, but I just learned how far ahead or behind they are compared to my timezone and go from there if I see numbers. If it's a countdown, it's even that much easier.
