    We never process your credit card information. When you make a purchase it uses the Apple/Google account that is currently signed in on the phone you are making a purchase from.

    Also, when I try to change my password it says "reCAPTCHA verification is loading. Please refresh the page if it does not load." The reCAPTCHA never loads?

    Are you trying to change your password via the forums or the ATA ID?
    I haven't actually used it before...and this is an old link, so not sure if it'll work...
    but did you try this link?

    I asked one of the devs if that was the site for resetting the ATA ID password, and he said "Yep"
