Realm changes need to be clarified

    Myself and three friends started playing this game within 5 days of each other. All of us are in different realms. We downloaded this game with the intention of playing together as we do with most online apps, Kingdoms at War for example. I was told three days ago I would be put on a list to change realms but have had no feedback since then.

    1. When will the realm changes take place?

    2. Will there eventually be a way to identify ones realm and have the ability to play with friends?

    3. Is there a reason being able to pick a realm isn’t a feature? Most games like this have that feature when starting so you can join friends.

    We would all start over if that meant we could play together but even that isn’t guaranteed. Plus one of us has already spent money. I hope you come up with a fix because this is stopping me from recommending this to the rest of my friends and the four of us playing now won’t keep playing for long if we can’t playing together if there isn’t a timeline for when that may be possible.

    We're still in the early stages of handling Realm Transfers.
    We're looking at options for full-time support of these transfers moving forward and are in the meantime handling them in a manual way.

    1) Realm Changes are processed every few days. There's no set schedule for this at the moment, but we'll see if we can create some sort of plan to better communicate when these will happen.

    2) Again this is something we'll be working on. For the meantime, you can let us know which player you want to be in the same realm as and we can do our best to make that happen.

    3) Definitely, something we can consider, though right now the goal is to place new users in our newer realms where they'll have a better shot at starting out and growing with like-sized players.

    Thank you for the quick and thorough answer Grant! This clears up any confusion on my end and hopefully anyone else with the same issue. I look forward to playing with my friends in the near future. Thanks again!

    2) Again this is something we'll be working on. For the meantime, you can let us know which player you want to be in the same realm as and we can do our best to make that happen.

    If I knew I would tell you. Could be a result of my first college exams starting this week. It also could be from the weed (420 Blaze It). Both are possible reasons.
