Did you not link your account to FB or ATA?

If not, go onto your new game account, and contact the devs. This can be done by opening the following...

In-Game Menu -> Extras -> Help -> New Chat

In your message to the devs, include the accounts name, when it was created, and the exact amount, name, and date of any and all purchases you made on that account. Also include anything else that you think would help prove your ownership of the account.

Try sending Grant a DM and see if he can close your open ticket so you can start a new one.
Are you able to add more to the open ticket? Maybe you can ask for help recovering your account in the one that's open while you wait.

I wish it were easier to log out of the Ata account, just like it is for google play. I have been atruggling to get my acct back on the proper phone. Please help me!
