Send helps option?

    i noticed there's a new "send helps" option in the clan view. How do you ask for help in the first place?

    It looks as if they added support for some future additions for when Winter arrives.

    I really hope it's like smash with helping with research/building/dragon timers (haha I'm trying to sneak in the buildings...shhh)
