You have started a 24 hour snow fort quest 3 hours before enabling the snow forts. Are you going to extend the time to compensate?

 

Lol leaderboard is unfair. Please seperate higher townhall. Im th9 other people on snow fort leaderboard is th15-20 already they can gather fast and score multiple times than us.

 

Just wanted to put it out there that I'm enjoying the messages you're sending out about the festival. You guys are doing a great job!

They will be fixing that tomorrow, for the next clan event (or at least they said they will be, will have to wait and see if they actually do)

 

It is based off solo event, the clan event was started 3 hours early today and will hopefully be fixed for the next clans event.

Cliff notes on how the event works

1. Wait for solo snow fort event to start
2. Kill a monster corresponding biome of the Dragon Quest (changes each day grasslands ->badlands -> swamps)
3. Two snow forts will appear upon the death of the monster
4. Gather a snow fort to earn points for solo event
5. Bonus points are awarded if you finish gathering the snow fort

 

Any word on what the plan is for the disappearing snow forts? I’ve had probably 6-8 of them that were unable to gather because the “node has already been depleted”

 

What are the festival day receipts for that we get in the free box?

 

Just a way for the devs to know that you received the item. It also insures that you can only get one of them. Furthermore, if there are any disputes about not receiving the item the devs can check the receipt.

 

It would be great for next event to have the times a little more beneficial to all time zones. It's a lot more realistic for PST to participate than EST right now

 

Ours were 4,12, and 8. So yours were 1, 9, and 5. Agree that 8 is more possible than 5 however I think the time zone spread for events is to give majority of people time to be able to participate in two of them regardless of time zones hence why they are 8 hours apart regardless.

 

Staying up until midnight is doable. Being up at 3am is not quite an option for most people. I think that the event should be 4 hours instead of 2 hours, to give more people a chance to join in (a 3am event would go all the way to 7am).

 

We've got a player from a different realm on our leaderboard. How is that possible?

Yesterday I was unable to even join one of the events because the lag was so horrendous! I am less than 400 stars from 15k... I would have easily made 15k if not for lag! Please compensate!

 

I have no idea my total number of star coins. I was just able to buy a chest with them but I was mostly trying to see if I had enough. Any help here? I saw nothing in the events section since new events have started.

 

The lag was fixed a little after the 4pm pst event on Thursday. Which they at least compensated 750 Jewels, 300 Energy, and 25 Star Coins, so missing the other 2 snow fort events is on you; not them.
