What are the time bonuses. What happens when u fill thier help slots 8/8 helps. What's the time ratios?

 

Im able to send help but how do I ask for help?

 

Does it cost us anything to help clan mates?

 

Oh common, actually tell us something about how it works.
The introduction is nearly useless.

I can help others but I can’t ask for help. Is it because I’m using the iOS app?

 

Make sure your app is up to date.

You can request help by clicking the grey timer icon on the bottom left of your screen and then the yellow heart icon next to any timer (besides troops).

 

No it does not, they are free to use, and you can help as many of your clan members as you want.

 

Not sure what you mean by time ratio?

But doing quick math, if each person that helped you had an average of 2minutes for there “clan help amount” (viewable by clicking your clan tavern) your timer would have been decreased by 16 minutes.

8 helps * 2minutes = 16mimutes taken off your timer

I am happy that this system is now available but for players doing upgrades that take 12 hours or more it doesn’t really help.

Is there a plan to make it fair to higher levelled players by giving them appropriate help speed ups?

Some people are also commenting that it has put them off their time schedule for the solo events etc because things aren’t finishing when they normally would.

I would be interested to hear some thoughts on these issues 😊

 

This sucks, why would I help people when I get nothing back in return? Pfft 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️

 

I can't even log on. Time keeps running out...pls help. Have deleted she relieved, turned off phone... It's a problem in your end... Since I cannot log into the game I can't post for help

 

There needs to be an easier way to send help like having a button in the Menu with shields/extras/etc
