My March won't return

I sent out a March and it was stuck at 1s. it won't let me recall it and the error message pops up with the report. The troops and dragons on the mission did not come back. I've restarted my phone and cleared the cache many times. I'm on Android with the Google pixel 2.

Please help me I have been unable to defend/Attack in the last hour. My clan mates can't attack the monster because it says it's already defeted. I can't recall because my troops are in "battle" they haven't moved for an HOUR!

 

Troops came back but the monster I was attacking is still there.
