Cap levels

I think it would be better if it player profiles stated our actual cap levels. As it stands I have to multiply each cap by it's bonus to work out the total amount of resources that are protected - I don't think the bonus number is particularly useful anyway.

It would also be helpful to be able to see clan mate resource and cap levels to make it easier to determine who to share resources with or request from. There could be an option to request resources from clanmates though that same page, either to the whole clan or just individuals. At present resource requests can get buried in clan chat
