Recently, there's been quite a large influx of new players being placed in Realm 10, the oldest and strongest realm (in terms of might).

The top 200 are all above 200M might with the top 3 having 1-3 BILLION might.

I don't know why you'd ever throw brand new players into a realm that's been around since the Beta Testing days...

Not only that, as you guy's stated in your realm transferring post, you don't offer realm transfers out of Realm 10.

So, now these brand new 50k might players are trapped in a realm where the majority of players are 150M+ might with absolutely no chance of fairly competing with the rest of the players, furthermore leading them to leave the game.

I find this unacceptable. Either place the newer players in the newest realms or offer them realm transfers out of the older realms. Good day!

Realm 10 is dying, it needs more fresh blood, sorta speak. There are two options to do this, conduct a merger, or start new players in the realm.

Merges into realm 10 have always resulted in hundreds of players quitting. It especially hurts there bottom line if the people quitting are spenders.

I’m sure that ATA opened the gates to test retention and average amount spent per user for new players in Realm 10 versus other realms.

If the retention rate is 25% in Realm X, and 20% in Realm 10 for new users I personally think that is reasonable. Especially when you consider the culture shock people get from a transfer into realm 10.

Just my two cents, feel free to disagree😀

They definitely can compete, that's the point of reward brackets. What realm 10 needs imo, as probably the most competitive realm, is to look appealing. I don't know how to make people WANT to join the realm, but it needs to be more populated.

If when you merge into realm 10, hundreds of advanced, higher might players quit.

Why do you think new players won’t quit even quicker? 😂

lol, how would "competing" with the other 5% of the realm that are new players while being completely out of the running with the other 95% be any fun for them?

Old players quit because there's nothing to do. Once wonders are up and running it's supposed to finally give them something to do.

They can compete in events just fine. If you mean competing with might then that's different.

You bring up a good point Beta.
We've opened up Realms 10/11 to new players but for these new players we're now going to give them the option to transfer out as long as the account is under 7 days old.

We've updated our Realm Transfer Process to now indicate the following:
