    I teleported over a week ago and have been unable to do anything since. Cant attack, defend, farm, scout. Cant be attacked,defended, or scouted. Please help as im unable to participate in this event. And i feel kinda shafted on it.

    Support is aware of this issue and said that they can help fix it.

    Send a message through the ingame help section restating the problem you are having.

    In order to get to the help section click on the menu -> extras -> and the help button... this will give you tha option to create a new ticket.

    Almost 24 hours now. I cant open two tickets

    Typically takes 24-48 hours for them to respond, likely has something to do with their choice for a mail service, pigeon mail.
