Device Change

Is it still doing the tutorial? If so, just wait until you finish the tutorial (Get to Town Hall 3) or whenever you get to tap the extras button to be able to sign into your ATA ID. (Assuming you haven't already done so but with a different ATA ID)
If you're already signed into a different ATA ID, go to extras, go to help, then new conversation and ask the support team for help moving your account to the new device. Good LUCK!!!

 

Please go to the in game support, but here's a few suggestions:

• Restart The Device
• Try Deleting App And Redownloading
• Clear Cache And Techtree (Extras > Scroll To Bottom)
• If You Have Access To Old Phone Make Sure You Connected The Account To Your Facebook/ATA

If all else fails please go to in game support

 

Adding to that, there is an influx of people opening tickets, so if you do open one and don't hear back right away, don't despair!!! They will get back to you, it just may take a while. They have to get through all of the tickets that are open first, so try all of the things said above, but if it fails, you'll have to wait for the support team to help you. They're really good at what they do, so don't worry.
