In-Game Content
Kingdoms of Heckfire is an online community consisting of players from various backgrounds. We want to ensure all of our players can have fun and feel safe in our games. Although the game is competitive by nature, please do your best to keep conversations respectful!

The following types of behaviour or content are not permitted:

• Discrimination or hatred towards individuals or groups due to ethnicity, nationality, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability
• Sexually harassing or explicit content
• Threats of physical violence or abuse
• Encouraging or promoting self-harm
• Exposing personally identifiable information of another player
• Impersonating a member of the development team
• Swearing or intentionally bypassing the chat filter

If you come across any of the above behaviour through public in-game channels please reach out to us by either tapping on the message and choosing the Report option, or by using the Help feature found in the in-game Extras section.

Note: Clan Chat and Mail Messages are considered private and are not actively moderated. However in extreme cases we reserve the right to take action on content that is reported to us.

Forum Content
The following rules also apply to our community forums.

• DO keep posts appropriate and respectful. Insults, harassment, vulgar content, and the like is not permitted.
• DO keep posts related to the topic at hand.
• DO create engaging and constructive forum threads and posts.
• DO help others and share your knowledge.
• DO NOT spam, bump, or otherwise flood the forum with posts or threads.
• DO NOT use the forums as a means of contacting support. See here for details on how to contact our support team.
• DO NOT use the forums as a means of disputing a moderator or support team action.
• DO NOT share or publicly post personal information of others.
• DO NOT impersonate our development or moderation teams.
• DO NOT use the forums as a place to report, expose, or call out other players. If you believe a player to be in violation of our Terms of Use or Code of Conduct please report them to us directly.
