Null Reference

i! I don't mean to be a pain because you've recently helped me recover my account but something odd is happening, when I go to another app or just lock my screen and reopen this app, it says something about an error "remote call failed: 500: Internal Server Error" and then forced me to restart, done a black screen saying restart. I wanted to know if this was just a general issue for everyone or if my game itself is bugged. Thank you for your support.

 

Also just to point out I did try to write a ticket in the game so that i didn't have to bother anyone here but it also said failed

 

I'm on android, the issue has somewhat resolved itself but still does it from time to time but not as often as it did when I made the thread. I haven't tried to make a new ticket yet but I will soon. I honestly have no idea what happened back there and hope it doesn't continue. Thank you for the quick response.
