Hey I was wondering what stat shows the amount of troops, from another clan member, a shielded town can protect. Is it the garrison cap stat??

City Defenders Cap — the maximum amount of troops clan members can reinforce your kingdom with. It will typically take multiple people sending reinforcements to completely fill your city defenders cap. The best way to increase this cap is by upgrading your Warritoriam building.

    City Reinforcment March Cap —
the amount of troops you can send to reinforce a clan member. Note, this is different then your march cap.

Garrison Cap — the amount of troops that are protected (can not be injured or killed) when you are attacked and does not apply in offensive actions.

Yes if they are shielded you can send troops to them without any change to the shielded member

Your shield will only break in the following ways:

    1. You scout, attack, or rally a player.
    2. You scout or attack a player's when they are gathering resources from a node.
    3. You scout or attack a player that's gathering from a crypt(special event node).
    4. You join a rally.
    5. You help another clan member defend an incoming attack or rally.
    6. It expires by itself.
No one else can "disable" your shield decides you

And if you put up another shield while defenders are Still in your city reinforcing you, they will all be sent home.
