    Hello,

As many of you have noticed there has been a purge if inactives. That's fine. However, the refudn in allies that were removed is only 60%. This makes zero sense. I have to assume this is a buh because I can guarantee you non of us wanted to sell our millions in allies for 60%.

Since I assume ATA's staff is not heartles I assume this is a bug. I think, obviously, what was meant to happen is instead of us 'selling' the allies ATA meant to buy back those allies then remove them.

Please fix this bug ASAP as it is causing millions in losses and widespread frustration and discontent

I hope they listen. Not fair at all if ATA keeps it as is.

I messaged them and said if we had done research we would have seen they were inactive. They don’t care about stealing gold from us.

Yeah they seem to think we have access to the devs computer, we can't simply access the database and see the login times for accounts. Its ridiculous, it would be funny if it wasn't true. OP is convinced it must be a bug lol next thing they'll do is have inactive accounts saying "inactive" so we can get zeroed when offline easier 😂😂 I'm very curious about this Research they mention, they're trolling us for sure

If this is how they actually responded, I don't see people playing many ATA games after this...I'm disappointed in ATA if this is how they responded...

They gave some technical excuse about how that’s how it works in other games but then said I could have seen they were inactive with “a little digging and due diligence “ I bought these particular allies for 100 gold how am I supposed to know someone won’t continue in the game? And there is no option to drop without penalty. They just enjoy stealing from us. Now they refuse to close my ticket or respond. Going on three days since they responded and I can’t get a response to close the ticket.

if you have another issue, you can just try using the same open ticket to tell them about the issue. Others say that worked for them.

They aren't even being disingenuous at this point, they are just telling LIES, big fat dirt lies. This is not how other games work, they are trying to pull the wool over people's eyes.I have played ATA games for many years and KAW (arguably one of their biggest oldest success) certainly didn't work like this, maybe they are referring to the games that failed? Because it seems like a formula for disaster. It's simple, remove inactives from MAP not database or ally market. This shouldn't even need to be discussed it's common sense, no one wants to get 50% for their allies ! We buy allies for % boost, to invest gold, or to flip and make more gold. Allies also actually directly affect your gold made from attacks on monsters. This is how these games work, not buy an ally for 10mil to have it dropped and get 5mil. Ally market is already super inflated, and this isn't going to help.

And honestly, I blame ATA for people going inactive! If they made the game more attractive and welcoming for players we wouldn't have so many going inactive!

@ATA Grab a broom and get cleaning this up, it's a mess.

    Hey everyone,
My apologies for the lack of response to this thread over the long weekend.

I'm going to be following up with our support and game design team members as this is not the experience we want our players to have.

I'll provide an update as soon as I have more information to share.

Over the weekend a number of inactive players were de-activated and dropped as Allies. Owners of these Allies incorrectly received a partial refund of the total value of these Allies.

This was not the intended behavior, nor the kind of experience we want to provide to our players. We will soon be sending out in-game mail to the affected users with more information.

We apologize for the confusion and our lack of communication. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we worked to correct this mistake.
