iOS cant send help messages

    hi i received an error message when i tried to send a message through the help function. can someone pm me?

    just in case this is the issue...
    If it says you can't start a new conversation while you have a conversation open already, you'll have to try sending your help request in the one that's open already since they didn't close it.

    That may or may not be the issue...

    Same issue, cache and techtree have both been refreshed and still no joy. Help!

    Dear gods of heckfire. During your last updating I couldn't get past "downloading assets" until Sunday night. Not only did I lose one days platinum key purchase, I couldn't log in to try to protect myself against attack and lost over 20 millon in might. It still is taking awhile to " download assets " Is this going to continue until I have no more assets to download? Just curious if I should quit now or wait until I'm zeroed. Likmynuts
