Account transfer

Did you link your FaceBook or create an ATA account for your KoH account?

If you did, just sign into it via your new device. If not, I would suggest creating a new KoH account and contacting the devs through the "Help" feature.

You can get to the Help feature by opening up the following in-game...

menu > extras > help button

 

I had to restart game on table and lost one of my kingdoms and tried everything to get it back up and running but no joy and also had them both linked to a ata account been on help in game game with no luck

 

The in game help is where you'll get the most help getting your account back. They can ask you to do things and for information in there that you'd feel awkward sharing here in the public forums. It may take some time, but they usually get things sorted out in the end. Good luck!

 

I got an account from a friend how do I make it my own? I mean change the login info from his email to my email and my password? I already have an account linked to my Facebook.

Any help would be apreciated.

 

It is against ToS to account share at all. Anyway you won't be able to change email without having to de-link the account's email Ask "help" and see where that will get you. Good Luck
