Can’t upgrade Treasury to level 9

    Treasuries can not be upgraded to level 9. Upgrading of the premise bar is over.

    If you can’t upgrade, try sending a help ticket to the ATA staff
    Extras -> Help

    Meanwhile, clear your tech tree, cache or turn off/on your device. Clearing things are at the bottom of the extras.
