Raid times?

    I am wondering how clans are scheduling the new raids? Do you have set times for raids or just do them when enough people are on? Our clan is international and getting everyone involved is difficult. Also, do you have any rules about calling or running raids that might be useful?

    My clan set up a poll and asked people to say when they'd be most available to do raids.

    If everyone 3-stars the dragon quest, you should ideally be able to do 3 a day.

    Stick to your schedules and make great use of the mail all feature so people don't miss it if you have overzealous members won finish them super fast.

    Main rule we'd have is to give your members enough time to get on. If you say a time, try to stick to it. If it's a random raid, mail all and give them time to come on. No one likes missing a raid because no one announced it.
