Ruler settings and Titles

I've sent a message to ATA already, but just found this forum, so let me share with other players too these small changes about Unfavorable Titles:
Realm Jester: All -1% > -3% + (-3% defense)
Amateur Builder: -1% > -5%
Bad Scientist: -1% > -5%
Junior Coach: -1% > -5%
Grass Kisser: -1% > -8%
Bone Lover -1% > -8%
Tree Hugger: -1% > -8%
This would encourage people to fight for SH, Since they could weaken the enemy clan for a while and get advantage of it.

New Ruler's setting:
>choose a color for messages, which is predefined before the beginning of the Reign, So we won't have Rulers changing color of every message( We Don't want a rainbow RC)

 

Unfavorable are usually given to people that have been participating in Shrines fight. You know that Smaller players don't get really involved into shrines to do not become a target.
Unfavorable titles are generally given to strong players of the Opposite clan,and 4 and 7% of difference aren't a real Punishment. and lasts only for 1 day, no big deal. Shrines are and will continue being an Event to big and strong players that reached a determined point of game. ATA said this, you can check it.
