Option to re-organize buildings

    Option to move around the secondary buildings to keep them organized (for the ppl with OCD) ;)

    This is something I've wanted since beta..demolition made it into their list of things to do, but for some reason, they didn't like reorganizing buildings... Only time shall tell ...
