While I generally don't like the raids because of poor return on brews, the holiday raids reward structure was a vast improvement. The Mermolga rewards based on highest scores causes competition rather than cooperation among clan mates. In the holiday raids we quickly set an 800 point limit and clan mates late to the event could join and contribute and receive rewards. A side benefit was the reduced use of brews and a teamwork attitude. If used for regular raids there would be an increased likelihood that we would more regularly actually have raids. We currently have 10s of thousands of unused raid tokens. So, bottom line, use the holiday raid tier reward structure for Mermolga raids. Merry Christmas everyone.
I can sort of agree with this. In normal raids, it comes down to usually 10-20 players pumping out brew to kill the raid. This type of reward structure would make more players participate. However I know many players dont participare now because of how bad the rewards are compared to the brew used. The rewards would have to be equivelant to the amount of brew used to reach that tier. In other words, if 5k brew is required to earn the tier 3 reward, the reward (based on their th) could grant a number of gems based on the strongest monster their tier can slay for that number of brew. Im too tired to do the math right now. 😂 though the 5k brew usage for 400-1600 gems based on how much brew others use just isnt cutting it.
