You can only have 1 ticket open at a time. Just comment on your previously opened ticket if you need to add something to it. It is abnormal for a ticket to be open for more than 10 days but it is not unheard of. Just keep pestering them through the help ticket until they finally help you.
Thank you for your reply, I have been replaying to the same one. But nobody seems to reply/notice it... is there anything else I can do to reach ATA?
Your best bet would be the official Discord server. Apparently ATA spends a decent amount of time on there.
We recently have been working through a large number of tickets, so our response times were delayed. We're getting caught up and should be back to 24-48 hours soon!
