New quests starting at 5pm EST?

    Has there been a change in when the new quest starts? Normally, new quests start at 4:00 pm EST (1:00 pm PST). Today, 2019-03-12, it looks like the new quest is starting at 5:00 pm EST. Both EST and PST observe daylight savings time, so there shouldn’t have been any noticable change.

    Daylight savings happened. The event rotation does not occur based off of a “Timezone”, KoH time has always been independent of timezone shifts.

    This happens every time we have DLS. It is probably easier for ata to just let it go back and forth than manually change the setting twice a year.
