Charged twice for carrot event

    Hey guys,


    I believe I paid twice for the carrot event. I first purchased the event using my google play account (game on my phone which is android), and although it said I had purchased the event it did not unlock. When I opened on my iPad it was also showing as locked. So i pressed purchase again thinking it would trigger, but it appears as though it purchased it again. My account is under [removed]. Would you mind looking into this for me? Thanks!

    It would probably be best to send an in-game help ticket. That or jump on the discord and tag one of the ATA members. They don't check the forums terribly often.

    Removed your email from the post, but taking a look we only see one purchase on our end.
    If you can send us a Help message from Extras -> Help in-game though we can look into this more.
