    We have 4 new test instances of Altar Palter beginning at 2pm, 8pm, 2am, and 8am PT. You’ll notice a few changes this time around, including:

    - Rally times are now in sync with Rally times for the rest of the game.
    - Every additional Rally Joiner now contributes points to your clan’s score!
    - To account for the addition of Rally Joiners, the tier thresholds have been adjusted.

    You are restricted to specific alters based on your clan level. If your clan level is too high then you can't sit on low level alters. (I haven't tried but this is the way it looks on the interface)

    For example, my clan is level 22 and we can only work on level 4 and 5 alters.
