iOS Can’t teleport or march

    Can’t teleport to new location - “error when initiating teleport. The source site is not at the source coordinate of this march”

    Can’t march troops - “the source site is not at the source coordinates of this march”

    Yes I cleared tech trees and cleared cache.

    I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game on both my iPhone and ipad

    Submit a help ticket then wait. Most likely this is a server side problem so ATA will have to fix it. Sadly they barely look at the forums and even if they do, they will ask you to submit a help ticket. :/

    I put in to transfer to realm 102 now I can't send messages to the help and I haven't been moved any ideas why?

    Their response time to the in-game help feature can range anywhere from five minutes to 14 days. They WILL get to it eventually, but it's anyone's guess as to how long it'll actually be.

    Also, you can only send one help ticket at a time, so it becomes a waiting game.

    I really wish that they could make the realm transfer thing a GUI handler so that people won’t need to flood ATA help to do it, just like how name changes was. Hopefully they are working on that now.
