On the FAQ, it is stated that you will not be able to get unsilenced until they decide that you can be forgiven. Right now, you're only silenced so that's only a small problem. Basically you're on step 2 out of 4 warning threat. The first one is the verbal warning. The second is silenced. The third is account suspension. The last and final is account termination or account banned. You cannot appeal for it. You have to read and respect their policy. If you never gotten the warning which technically reading the rules is supposed to be a warning for anyone, so if you didn't read it, that's your responsibility and your fault for not reading it.
