Contributing raid brew

Currently, boss rallies on raids requires the rally leader to spend brew while others join and share in the benefits. I'd suggest adding functionality that splits the brew requirements among all parties in the attack. So, if a boss rally costs 200 brew, when someone starts a rally and three people join the rally, 50 brew would be taken from each participant (or possibly some other ratio). This would lift the burden from those contributing the most (since some people are not powerful enough to hit the boss independently).
