Special alarm/notification for attacks

    There should be a separate notification, with a distinctive siren to notify of an impending attack.
    There should also be, incorporated into this, the ability to turn off other notifications but leave the attack notification on.

    So I have an idea what if we could defend people who aren’t in our clan because sometimes we have friends and family who aren’t in our clan and if they are being zeroed that would be awesome
