Why destroy a building?

    So I noticed there is the option to destroy hen you reach level 15 on some building s in your city, is there an advantage to doing that?

    If you have massive OCD problems like me and loose your head at startup if game then yes big positive 😂

    If you have your buildings max and a construction event comes along you can destroy to get points. Best not to waste it on hourlies tho.

    The real reason is to allow a whale to strip down , drop to lower realm than rebuild quick to dominate a smaller realm. Than 60 days later do it again keep being the biggest fish in smaller and smaller ponds. Lol
