Speed raids

    I'd like to see more speed raids for lower raids.. and put a clan cap on them.
    Like all those huge clans can't do a speed raid for 2*HellsGates..
    Make it work like a raid avg cap of 1 away from the speed raid.

    Exp... Speed raid is 2*HellGates ...
    If a clan has tried a 2*Mermogla but avgs 1*Mermogla they would be able to compete.
    But if they do 2* more often and the avg does not work they can not compete.

    That could create fairer competition between Clans. Probably best to link it to the Clan Chest growth, same as Altars.
