some raids can be time consuming other over in a blink of an eye, so I suggest a change. 1. remove the damage based tier system. Change the tier system to a time based, number of tiers suggested 5 to 10. T1 being the longest time and T10 being completed within 1 hour This reward is clan wide even if you did not participate. Then a personal reward chest is given to those that made 1 hit either in a boss rally or single mob. This will help players who do not have march speed maxed or not located directly next to spawns.
I’m TH24 and the hardest part is gaining the research tokens. My marches are so small in comparison to the attack level needed. It seems the cost, the rewards, and attack levels needed are out of alignment.
