Tags on mobs, nodes, loot drops

have a tag pop up on things hit, started, or spawned by someone.

so if i hit a goblin pack people will see i hit it, (they can still poach it if they want to be a jerk) [or they know who to mail and ask if they can have it]
same for titans, titan loot spawns (especially the bird event where the feather are scattered all over the place)
