Be able to remove or upgrade existing troops

    The idea would help if you have too many of the lower tier troops and want to build on others

    This idea is great but higher townhall people want to get rid of Low tier troops in ffa events. Its the equivalent of easy points.

    Although upgrading sounds good too.
