    Greeting Citizens of Heckfire!

    We are happy to announce a new version of Leagues! We have made some changes for a new playing style. This version of Leagues will be a staggered release to see how said changes will play out in the field. It’s aimed to increase focus on PvP for we do love a good fight! As long as it’s between squarely animated soldiers on pugs, while dawning fashionable armour, of course.


    How long will it run?
    Leagues will run for 6 days. There will be 3 rounds, with each round running for 47.5 hours. The final 30 minutes will allow the system to calculate each player’s new bracket. It will start on Tuesday, May 25th at 2pm (PT), and will end on Monday, May 31st at 1:30pm (PT)


    What is the bracket situation?
    Brackets for each round will reflect the round’s level. Players can move up and down brackets depending on their progression. There will be 9 visible brackets, but due to the restriction of this Leagues’ runtime, players will only be able to progress up to 5 brackets. (Don’t worry, there will be more Leagues!)


    How will it affect the Meta Event?
    Unlike previously, Leagues will not tie into the Meta Event. It will run alongside Meta Event as a separate adventure, similar to certain Hourly Quests and Daily Clan Contests.


    How do the bonus troop kills work?
    There will be bonus points per troop kill awarded to the winning player of the battle, provided they are within the townhall level restrictions.

    For example:

    Points Per Tier 1 Troop Killed - 20

    Bonus Points Per Successful Attacking of Tier 1 Troop Kills - 10

    If Player A attacks and kills 10 of Player B’s Tier 1 troops, and Player A loses the battle, they will earn 200 points.

    If Player A attacks and kills 10 of Player B’s Tier 1 troops, and Player A wins the battle, they will earn 300 points.


    Please note that the changes and rewards for Leagues are not permanent. As we progress through the event, we will be monitoring the data and feedback. There will be more rounds of Leagues in the future, with longer runtimes and further tweaks to improve the event. We hope you enjoy what we have in store for you!

    Ok so is this ffa for a straight week? Who does this involve? What if you dont want to be a part of it? I have to shield for a week? Sounds unfair

    So basically you want your wallet warriors to spend a week zeroing us small peeps. đŸ€ŠđŸ»â€â™€ïž Cool. I have a shield for 7 days - have fun with that. 🙄

    I've heard stupid ideas before and this is right up there. So if you want to compete thats great, but if you dont want to compete though you either pay for shields or get wiped out. Can you change the name from Leagues to "Survival of the Richest" so it's a bit more accurate? Cracking idea...o_O

    Is there any chance this could be pushed to after meta? Ffa requires all marches and if you do any activity based meta events it's really going to be frustrating.

    You need to add might limits too because a 35 billion might player attacking a 600 million might player 62 times during FFA because they're the same town hall level is ridiculous

    This event is not inclusive for the free to play players. Don't want to loose years worth of work on an account? Bubble up for a week straight. This is ridiculous. Pushing PVP every weekend is entirely different than an 5 days in a row. This this discourage the new players and those who can't afford to spend on troops and shields. Disgraceful.

    This has to be the biggest pile of rubbish yet. Basically an event to cater to your high spending players, and eliminate the players in the game that don’t spend. Great strategy, ATA.
    You have players that have spent years building their castles, and unless they give you real money, you will throw them to the spending wolves to be zeroed and stripped. You’ve already increased the number of FFA 24 hr events to make the big whales happy, but now 5 days in a row is absolutely an obvious money grab. Shame on you.

    This is absolutely insanely rife with inequality, a slap in the face to loyal players who aren’t big spenders. Sorry I don’t have disposable income đŸ„Ž
    Weekly FFAs already are a burden for me, but 5-6 days in a row? You’re not even trying to hide that this is a money grab. Money grubbing...disgusting. Looks like it’s time to delete my account and hard work and move on.

    5 days of nonstop PVP just to get a couple hours of troop speedups in return?! This is atrocious.

    I enjoyed old Leagues but this League is a terrible idea!! Hope we never see another one! I used my gems to get 7 day shield but there are many who can't afford one!
