As this is a league, maybe an ‘opt in’ option would have been a good idea, like PvP wars in KAW used to be. As this stands, you have given most players two options. 1) compete for worthless prizes against big spenders. 2) bubble. A little bit of thought needed. I don't sign up to the complainers about shields. Should be shielding anyways, but make it fair and make it worth doing please...

 

Opt out option needed, not everyone has the time and money for a 6 day FFA

 

Yup ty ty ty HF for this event (sArCaSm). The time and money I have put in, I don't plan on giving the $$$$$ back to you. BS, BS, BS. Pissed off to say the least.

 

And if you miss a few min like me, you get zeroed. That opt out button was nice to selec....wait, nevermind. Wasn't an option.

 

ATA, I like the leagues idea but at the moment its a choice, Meta or league? This doesn't make financial sense for anyone? Altars for example: stay shielded and don't get evolved or be zeroed while you're on altars? I personally will not pay for meta if i cant compete in half of it? Leagues should be between metas? A 7 day shield should be issued so you can opt in or out and if you're worried people won't compete in leagues make the rewards better? At thr moment they are terrible?!

I chose to not participate in leagues.
This is not a consequence free choice though. I can sheild the whole time. But I cannot do altars because I don't want to get zeroed. The rewards are absolutely a joke as well.
Hopefully this is a once off because it's a mess of an event ESPECIALLY at the same time as a meta.

 

Here's my rewards I get
3 1hr speedups. Struck gold!
3 1hr healing speedups. Struck gold again!
5 1hr dragon speedups Struck gold!
All that bs. Give me lots of GD jewels for getting my a$$ hammered.

Wow so someone with waaaaay more power and troops just knocked me from 430,000 troops down to 40,000 and that's including my garrison. I do t even have enough for two full marches now. This is ridiculous. And now ffa is coming on top of it. How are smaller and mid level players supposed to grow when it's ok for a big player to annihilate us in these leagues
