Idle Players

This is an easy question... The city will never disappear no matter what happens.

 

When you say "idle", I assume your talking about closing out the app. When a player closes out the app, their city does not dissappear, and it stays the way they left it.

When a player uninstalls the app, their city also stays the same and does not dissappear.

Also, currently there are no kingdom removals due to account inactivity.

To expand on what they said^ your account can go into hibernation where it no longer appears on the realm map (your still in a clan, all your building intact, etc.) but you don’t have any physical coordinates. Upon logging in after some time your account will be placed back onto the map. See “account hibernation” in the dictionary I made by clicking the ‘A’ in my signature below (may have to view the thread in landscape mode to see it)

 

When you collect clan chest, and you open them and it says clear. Do you clear them right away or do you wait until your full, for example, I can hold 18, so do I hold 18 then clear them? And where does the go? Cuz I'm not getting it once its cleared.

 

Clear them whenever it is convenient for you, you get tokens as rewards (sometimes speedups or energy) the tokens can be viewed by clicking the gold/ore/food icon in the menu at the top of your screen.

How do you purge inactive players from your clan?

 

You kick them out of the clan?

If a person in your clan no longer have coordinates next to there name, “Tiashue x:001 y:001”, they have been removed from the map due to inactivity.

Otherwise an easy way is to keep track of the names of people who did not participate in the daily clan contest, if someone’s name appears several times, they are likely inactive.

 

You mean the "Daily Clan Contest" Tiashue? Everyone's name appears by default now even if you have 0 points. Just check to see who has 0 points and you will find out who is inactive. You can also set an announcement in your clan chat for an activity check and have them mail/pm you to let you know that they are active.

Do you know how long it takes for a player to be inactive before their account goes into hibernation? Like 3 days? A week?

 

Account Hibernation: players will be removed from the realm (until they log back in) if they are,

• inactive for 2 consecutive days and their TH is less then 6
• inactive for 3 consecutive days and their TH is less then 11
• inactive for 10 consecutive days and their TH is less then 16
• inactive for 20 consecutive days and their TH is less then 21
• inactive for 25 consecutive days and their TH is less then 25

The reason for this is to make more space in the realm. Players with NEVER BE REMOVED if they are above 100mil might, if there town hall isgreater then 25, or if they spend real life money on the game.
