You can click on each research type and it will provide a short description of what each research does.
With the amount of free gems you can earn, it's not expensive at all. Plus you really shouldn't need to teleport that often to begin with.

To buy a teleport, you just go into the realm and click on a non-occupied space and hit teleport, then it will bring up the teleports and allow...
