We are having the same issue, for me it has been at least 20 raids and I haven't gotten any, several others in my clan say the same thing.
This is not just me who is having this problem, others inmy clan are not getting them either.
In the last 20 or so raids I have participated in I haven't gotten any idolith activators at all. I know they are "rare" but I was getting them...
