Account recovery

I've read that the only way to recover a lost account is via in-game, writing to the help service. How long do they usually take to respond? Does this method actually work? My old phone broke and I couldn't log into my Facebook to save the account. Is there any possibility to have my old account back in this device? Thanks to everyone in advance.

 

Thanks Ducky, this is my first time having a problem with the game, so I didn't know how the interaction with ATA was. As a beta tester I only have good words and good reviews for them. I really hope I can get it back. Thank you for taking the time to respond 🤗
