Account recovery

    HI so my kid has the app on his tablet it was working fine yesterday but last night he tried to get on and it just goes to the ape image screen for 3-4 seconds then closes the app. Tried rebooting the tablet and forces top the app no change. He's still getting messages/notices though. Not sure if I linked it to an account or not though. I don't want to delete the app and reinstall unless I have to just hoping maybe someone can say if ape will be able to recover it or not

    ATA is really good about recovering accounts, if he linked it to FB or logged in with/ linked with an ATA account he is definitely fine.

    I just sent a message to Jordan_ata, he should hopefully reach out to you within the next day or so.

    Yeah he's only 8 so I didn't link it to any account I don't believe, yeah I think it's an app issue as it was working fine and it goes to the ape image screen but when it shold go to the load/warming up screen it just goes back to desktop, I was going to delete data and try but not sure if that would wipe out his progress he's at city 15 and like 21-22 million power

    My app got removed and when redownloaded I lost my account I need help recovering it.. it was not bound to anything

    Your best bet is still to try to get in contact with the support team. Go to extras, go to help, then new chat and ask the support team for help recovering your account on your device. Good LUCK!!!

    Just FYI, they may be a bit backed up due to the influx of tickets they're getting, so they will get back to you, it just may take a bit of time. They will be the only ones who can help, but they are really good at what they do, so they can get you back on as long as you can verify you're really the person who owns it ;)
