Boot loop

My KOH is in a boot loop. Whilst booting it starts downloading assets extracting assets then retrying in a moment.

I have cleared the cache, data and tried reinstalling but it never finishes booting.

What can I do to resolve?

So, we've identified an issue where some low end iOS devices (1GB RAM or under) have an issue with receiving the latest game update and processing the data. We've pushed an update to Apple for review and hope to have it approved soon. This update will bundle the event data which will get you in-game.

Until that happens, you may have luck by trying any/all of the following:
- Fully closing all open apps
- Turning off/on your phone
- Plugging in to a power source
- Trying several times (players do seem to get in eventually)

So, there's one more possible fix for those of you who might be on older devices with lower memory (1GB RAM) and are crashing or having trouble loading into the game.

When the game is on the loading screen, draw a clockwise circle on the screen repeatedly until a debug log window opens. Staying on that screen may actually let you load into the game.
