Bubbles Popping Early

Happened to someone in my clan today

 

Did they do something to cause it to pop early?
Scout someone? Send an attack to a person's city or an occupied node?
Teleport?

 

No she was at work and got notified via line that she was being zeroed. Second time this has happened to her. She has an alarm set for when her shield should go down and it went down 5 hours early. ATA has been pretty buggy lately but the shield thing is a pretty big deal

 

If this is happening, I hope they send a support ticket so they can look into this. That's not a good glitch to have happen. I'm sure they should be able to look into it if the person brings it to their attention, especially if they tell them what time they put up the shield and what type they did... they may have logs they can check...

 

Sent support ticket about this glitch, they said everything was OK but I explained that it wasn’t user error. I hope it’s brought to their attention by more people! They asked for screenshots in case it happens again.
