They are aware of the first one. It’s been like that for well over a year. It is probably something that will never be fixed becuase it doesn’t effect game play in the slightest. I don’t follow your second one.
I think he means that there should be a way to close tickets since if they don’t respond to your first open thread and you have something much more urgent, you have to wait until the first is resolved and then you can request help for the more urgent one.
