A noted troublemaker in the realm, Cackle is known for playing pranks on citizens. These pranks are often accompanied by loss of limbs and Cackle's trademarked shrieking in amusement.

Epic Grassland Sentry: bonus to defense on Grass resource nodes (active ability, dragon must be in the march)
