Cant log in

It's been 12 hours and I can't log into my main on wireless, data seems to work fine?? My wireless is working because I can log into my alt on my Apple..... my phone is working because I can log into other games, watch youtube and post here. It keeps saying connection error, I did get it to log in once and it was slow and said it was not in real time. Then couldn't get in again

 

Should have said my main, abella, is on an old Android that I'm having troubles with.....my alt, abellaville, is working fine on my Apple.

 

Still not working on wireless at home. Works on everybody else's Wireless and works with Data.....iphone logs in fine with my alt.... just can't connect with my Android to my main with wireless at home... I know the wireless is working because I'm typing here

 

This is getting very frustrating, it logged in for about 3 minutes. Just in time to tell help it works, ata closed the ticket a minute later. Now I can't f'n log in again. It said High latency and will not update in real-time. Then just kicked me out.

 

Just in case anyone else has this problem, i logged in on a VPN...works great but still doesn't fix the underlying problem....ATA is working on it.
